Domestic Orders:

West Malaysia - RM8 (takes up to 2 - 5 days)

East Malaysia - RM13 (takes up to 3 - 7 days)

International Orders:

Blossoms from outside Malaysia are more than welcome to join the Blossom Fam! Please do contact us on Instagram regarding shipping rates to your country! We love to make new friends <3


Most of our parcels are under J&T courier and Pgeon. Once your payment is made. Your item will be made & checked (for stress and pull tests) before packing. We will send the parcel for shipping and a tracking number will be provided.  checked and ready to be shipped

For our international blossoms, our shipping rates will not include any customs taxes that are imposed upon entry into your country. We are not liable for the external charges. Please read more regarding shipment policy from your respective country's websites. 


We hope you will love all the jewellery that you have purchased with us. If you have received the wrong item / any damaged items. Please send it back to us within 7 days. The item has to be returned in its original packaging.

*Damaged items do not include irregularity of the jewellery due to natural stones/gemstones/pearls being used to make them

*We do not accept exchanges with reasons such as change of mind or regarding the length of the necklace as most of our items are custom-made/handmade and the measurements are stated on each product. 

*Sale items are not returnable for exchange or refund.

*Earrings are not available for exchange due to hygiene purposes

 As for the returns, shipping fees back to us will NOT be covered by us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the goods are used, worn, damaged, incomplete or have not been sent back in their original packaging, we are not obliged to take back the item(s). 

Please do liaise with us through our Instagram DM regarding the approval of your item for return.

*Exchange is not valid for decisions such as change of mind as orders are made upon order it is mostly tailored to your measurements.
